Observations:

It is important that once the activity reservation is made, payment is made. Proof of payment must be provided on the day of the practice. Download the document with the instructions for making the payment here.

Access to the facilities, exhibition rooms and classrooms is only allowed to students who have previously paid for the workshop, plus two teachers from the school. The attendance of the two teachers from the school is essential for the smooth running of the activity.

The prior explanation of the practical activity will be given in the auditorium by the teacher from the Academy of Fine Arts.

Students will be able to take home the work done in the workshop. This material must be collected one week after the workshop practice, as the material will follow a natural drying process.

This material can be collected from the Academy of Fine Arts from Tuesday to Saturday, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, by a school official.

If the school does not collect the material after one month, it will be understood that the entity can reject it if it deems it appropriate.

Each student must bring their own robe to keep their street clothes clean.

For organizational reasons, registration must be made at least one month in advance of the day chosen to carry out the activity.

When registering, it is important to register the precise number of students, in order to provide the material, as well as to notify the workshop teacher and the Academy's guidance.

In the event of non-attendance by any registered participant, the registration fee will not be refunded, as the cost of the material is paid in advance.

Once the school has registered for the workshop, an email must be sent to gtorres@fbellesarts.org or call 93 725 09 45 to confirm the group's attendance and specify the exact day or any questions or suggestions the school may have.

If for some reason beyond our control the school decides to cancel the visit, it is important that you do so as soon as possible, by contacting the Academy of Fine Arts.
