Summary of the work:
Written expressly to be performed in a dramatized reading format, it is a delicious text by playwright, actress and writer Àngels Aymar, which tells us about the life and work of Anna Maria Martínez sage, a daring person, feminist, republican, athlete in different disciplines, poet, writer, journalist and the first woman to be part of the Barcelona Football Club board.

She went to the Aragon front in the Spanish Civil War, to make photographic reports and was wounded on several occasions. She also fought in the Second World War with France, where she later settled for a while. During her long life she suffered contempt, misery, hunger, but also recognition, although she died in the most absolute family solitude. She bravely faced her entire "kaleidoscopic" life, but what she never overcame was the forced separation from her great love, the poet and writer Elizabeth Mulder.

The Teatre Nacional de Catalunya gives us the opportunity to stage this work and pay a small tribute to the «sage» and to all the women who have to fight to achieve their rights.
